Karen Madsen received the Clark County Arts Commission's 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award.
Madsen is a driving force behind the modern arts landscape of Clark County.
She co-founded Artstra, an organization that became a cornerstone for Clark County's cultural growth.
She also helped launch Clark County Open Studios, the annual event where residents can visit artists in their workspaces.
