The Red Carpet Reception offered a chance for community members and foundation representatives to celebrate students who received scholarships.
The Davie Community Foundation received 221 scholarship applications and awarded 154 scholarships during the first round of scholarship season.
Scholarship recipients included 68 high school students and 39 college students.
