An Indiana community college is getting a boost from a group called Circle of Ivy that has raised more than $1 million for projects over the last two years.
The Bloomington school is getting $23,050 from the group to fund seven projects through the academic year, the Herald-Times reports.
The projects include a snack pantry, an AI development workstation, and an alternative spring break mural.
"Circle of Ivy makes a lasting impact on our students, programs, and facilities," Heidi Schulz, executive director of development at Ivy Tech Bloomington, said in a statement.
Since its inception in 2015, Circle of Ivy has grown to more than 1,000 members and has raised more than $1 million to assist with projects.
