Students and teachers at Burton Elementary School in Grand Rapids Public Schools, MI received $1 million from Apple in equipment and training so the kids can have access to the internet and the technology available now, this as part of the Obama ConnectED initiative, which aims to give 99 percent of American students broadband access by 2018.
