Educational Foundation of Ifda Announces Scholarship Winners

"From maximizing the outdoors and various cultures and amplifying the work of classic artists in textile design to exploring the relationship between situational and spatial awareness among nurses in critical care units, all the winners share a commendable passion for how the world can be bettered through interior design."

Those are the words of the chairman of the board of the Educational Foundation of IFDA, the International Furnishings and Design Association, in announcing its nine scholarship winners for 2024.

The scholarships, totaling $20,500, are awarded to full-time and part-time design students who are enrolled in an IFDA-approved design program at a US university or college.

The winners are Anna Goodman of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.; Lindsey White of the New York School of Interior Design in New York City; Analiese Narum of the University of Idaho's College of Art & Architecture in Moscow; Yekita Molitor of Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kan.; Analiese Narum of the University of Texas at Austin; Yekita Hamed of Texas Tech University in Lubbock; Olivia Louis of Kansas State University in Manhattan; and Olivia Clark of the New York School of Interior Design in New York City.
