Several regional educators in the El Paso and Las Cruces area will benefit from the El Paso Community Foundation’s "Classroom Fund" and receive a grant of $50,000 in the next academic year.
There had been an unrepresented 337 applications, 59 of which will receive grants. Project funds range from basic classroom supplies to music, special needs and technical materials.
Classroom funds are designed to reduce financial burdens while ensuring that teachers have the opportunity to use new and innovative learning materials. Read the Entire Article
