If you're looking for a New York City summer camp for your kid, there's no better place than the Downtown Dance Factory in Tribeca. The camp, for kids ages preschool through middle school, is described on its website as "jazz, hip hop, breaking, tap, lyrical, theater dance, improvisation," and it offers an "end-of-week mini showcase for the parents," the New York Daily News reports. There's also "TutuTots" and "My Grown-up & Me" classes for older kids. And if that's not enough fun for your little one, there's also Camp Cocoon, which offers "outdoor play, arts and crafts, and fun with friends at the heart of it all," according to its website. And if that doesn't pique your child's interest, there's the Craft Studio, which offers "fun philosophies and amazing creative and nurturing environment offers the most fun possible for kids with all different interests and personalities," the Daily News reports. If that doesn't pique your child's interest, there's also Camp Corlears, which "fosters growth through play in an engaging, nurturing environment made just for young children," according to its website.
