Adron Boss, Adetola Emmanuel-King, Celebrates New Age

As the Chairman and CEO of Adron Homes and Properties, his ingenuity and innovations have set him far apart from his contemporaries."

That's how Business Insider puts it in a profile of Nigeria's Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, who turned 50 on Tuesday.

The profile calls him a "social entrepreneur extraordinaire" who has "set a precedent that would take others in the sector several years to meet."

But it's his philanthropic work that has earned him the title of Africa's richest man, with a fortune said to be in the ballpark of $200 million.

In a Tuesday press release, Emmanuel-King said he plans to use his money to " uplift the downtrodden" by building new cities where people can get affordable homes. Read the Entire Article
