A new scholarship fund in Canada will help high school students who want to further their education, the CBC reports.
The Westlock Community Foundation in Alberta received a $26,800 donation from the Westlock Educational Scholarship Society to create the new scholarship fund.
"It's really exciting that this particular fund allows for the legacy of the Westlock Educational Scholarship Society to continue, making that impact by supporting those who are seeking post-secondary education opportunities and research opportunities," the foundation's executive director tells the CBC.
Students in the Westlock area can apply for the scholarship starting next year. Read the Entire Article
